Dinner Is In The Jar is the result of Kathy Clark's efforts to use and rotate her food storage items.  With time, practice and experimentation, her family was asking for food storage dinners!

With the Dinner Is In The Jar book, you have all you need to know to make the pre-made meal mixes yourself.

Make your food storage what it should be!

Menu Page (click here): A list of recipes in the book.  There is one for every day of the month (30)

Add On-Page (click here): A list of items that you will need to store with your jars/mylar bags.  The meals are designed so that everything you will need to make the meal can be stored with the jar/mylar bag, under the assumption that in an emergency, you will not be able to go to the store to buy fresh ingredients.   For example, with the jar/mylar bag for chili, you will need to store with it a can of diced tomatoes and TVP or a pressure canned pint of ground beef.   If you follow the planning charts, you will have all you need to make each recipe with each jar/bag.
